一、实习基本情况

（一） 实习时间

于2015年12月18日至2016年3月7日，我在三全食品股份有限公司财务中心进行了为期两个半月的应收会计岗位实习。

（二） 实习目的

通过实习，使学生讲所学专业理论知识与实践相结合，巩固和深化对所学专业理论知识的理解程度，提高专业知识在实际工作中的运用能力，培养自己的会计实践能力。为今后的工作和学习打下良好的基础，同时结合毕业论文选题，有针对性地进行实地调研、搜集素材。

（三）实习形式

毕业实习拟采用分散实习形式。即由学生自己联系实习单位（1-5人），根据指导书 要求，到有关单位实习。

二、实习内容

（一） 公司概况 1、单位性质和特点

三全公司是中国生产速冻食品最早、规模最大、市场网络最广的企业之一。中国第一颗速冻汤圆、第一只速冻粽子都出自三全。2008年2月在深交所上市，是速冻食品行业的龙头企业。

三全主要应用是ERP-SAP进行企业信息系统的管理，功能非常强大，是集物资资源管理、人力资源管理、财务资源管理、信息资源管理集成一体化的企业管理软件。系统管理人员针对公司特点进行了个性化的设置，使用起来非常方便。为方便日常办公，公司设有邮件系统、EKP系统、以及RTX系统，能有效地提高工作效率。此外，针对营销人员，专门开发了CRM系统，使管理更加高效、便捷。

（二）岗位实习 1、入职培训

在正式开始实习之前，公司的培训与发展部对我们进行了为期两天的入职培训，主要讲解了三全的企业文化与魅力，我们可以看到“天命创业者”是如何开创速冻产业先河，以及后来凭借何种精神、远景、使命不断发展壮大的；人事制度让我们看到了公司完善、成熟的规章制度；通过产品知识培训，使我们惊叹如此丰富的产品布局外，对产品的特性有了更深入的认识；财务知识培训让我们认识到了财务的组织结构，学会如何审核和报销日常费用；质量管理让我们知道了公司是如何在各个环节加强控制，生产出健康安全的食品；信息安全管理、员工安全管理，一个个鲜活的例子，让我们意识到了“安全第一、预防为主”的重要性。总的来说，两天课程的培训，虽然累，但开拓了我们的视野，增长了我们的见识，为我们以后的工作打下了基础。

2、那段粘贴、装订凭证的日子

课程培训结束，我被分到北京分部进行为期三个月的实习，还记得第一次去部门报道的那天，充满期待又十分忐忑，但领导、同事和蔼可亲的待人方式，让我很快便打消了顾虑，休息过后，第二天便正式开启了我的职场生涯。

还记得刚开始的那段时间，还没有具体安排工作，我在郭姐的指导下，学习粘贴、装订凭证。公司的原始凭证和记账凭证在日常的工作中，已经按内部凭证号从小到大排列好了，首先需要一一匹配，同时针对缺失的原始凭证需要做好记录，然后再粘贴，最后装订成册。这是一个不断重复的过程，真正锻炼的是个人的细心和耐心，在这个过程中自己也熟悉了公司日常的经济活动，对会计科目的设置和使用有了初步认识。此外，通过粘贴和装订凭证，我发现即使是一件重复枯燥的事，如果你能首先设定目标，进行计划分解，然后有规律地操作，完成之
