超声相关径线与新生儿双肩径的关联性研究

【摘要】Objective To measure fetal bishoulder distance, clavicula distance, scapula distance and chest circumference by ultrasound and compare them with bishoulder distance after birth, so as to explore the correlation between the above measurement and newborn’ s bishoulder distance.Methods From January 2012 to October 2013,352 women received ultrasound examination within three days before delivery to measure fetal bishoulder distance, clavicula distance, scapula distance and chest circumference in the Affiliated Hospital of School of Medicine of Ningbo University.The chest circumference and bishoulder distance of newborns were measured by specialists 1d after birth.Correlation analysis was carried out between the clavicula distance, scapula distance and chest circumference measured by ultrasound and newborns’ bishoulder distance.Results Because of fetal arms’ motion, fetal bishoulder distance measured by ultrasound was significantly different from that measured after birth (t =3.23, P <0.05), but fetal clavicula, scapula distance and chest circumference measured by ultrasound had positive correlation with newborn bishoulder distance ( r value was 0.913, 0.765 and 0.922, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion
