关于四川省巴中地区幽门螺杆菌感染情况回顾性分析

【摘要】Objective:In order to HP infection situation and characteristic that region Bazhong of Sichuan Province.Methods:Retrospective analysis of November 2009 to May 201 2 that a total of 1 350 cases reason the upper gastrointestinal tract disease that treatment of patients yet,To Some patients done HP determination,and the experi-mental results apply statistical analysis.Result:A total of 1 350 people,among HP infection determine positive rate 775 cases,The positive rate was 5 7.4%,Chronic non a-trophic gastritis infection rate was 40.9 %,Chronic atrophic gastritis infection rate was 5 3 .3 %,Peptic ulcer patients with HP infection rate was 72.7%,Duodenal ulcer HP infection rate was 77.8%,Gastric ulcer HP infection rate was 74%,The gastric erosions infection rate was 48.3 %,Gastric infection rate was 5 9 %,Gastric mucosa-associ-ated lymphoid tissue infection rate of 100%.Old age group>60 years of age HP infection positive rate of 58.3 %,Non-elderly group<60 years of age HPinfection positive rate of 5 7%.Male patients with HP infection positive rate of 5 5 %,Female patients with HPinfection positive rate of 60.2%.Conclusion:At present,Global HP infection rate was 50-60%,HP infection in our
population 60% of china,the infection rate was 5 7.4% of region of Bazhong,slightly lower than the average statistical data.%目的：了解四川省巴中地区幽门螺杆菌感染情况及其特点，从而为该地区上消化道疾病的进一步治疗打下更好的基础.方法：回顾性分析四川省巴中地区2009年11月至2012年5月共计1350例因上消化道疾病而就诊的患者，对该部分患者进行幽门螺杆菌测定，并对实验结果行统计学分析.结果：共计1350人，其中幽门螺杆菌感染测定呈阳性的775例，其阳性率为57．4％.其中慢性非萎缩性胃炎感染率为40．9％，慢性萎缩性胃炎感染率为53．3％，消化性溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌感染率为72．7％，其中十二指肠溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染率为77．8％，胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染率为74％，胃糜烂感染率为48．3％，胃癌感染率为59％，胃粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤感染率为100％.老年组＞60岁者幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率达58．3％；非老年组＜60岁者幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率达57％.男性患者幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率达55％；女性患者幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率达60．2％.结论：目前，全球幽门螺杆菌感染率为50-60％，我国人群中的幽门螺杆菌感染率为60％[1]，而巴中地区感染率为57．4％.稍低于我国平均统计学数据.
