桐乡市石门葡萄冷链物流浅析【毕业作品】

摘 要

近年来，食品安全方面的事故频繁见报道，并且成为国际范围内关注的焦点，但是我国的关注点主要在生产、加工以及销售过程，对物流过程中的安全问题没有足够的重视，尤其是生鲜农产品这类易腐易烂产品，出现问题更为严重，主要体现在生鲜农产品物流系统基础设施不完善、中间环节繁多、物流渠道复杂、物流结点散乱、运作效率低下等方面。这些直接导致生鲜农产品物流过程中损耗严重，安全事故时有发生。食品的安全卫生关系到人民群众的身体健康乃至生命安全，特别是生鲜农产品，在其生产流通过程中的质量监控尤为重要。桐乡市目前已经形成了一批初具规模的特色农产品生产基地，其中石门的葡萄种植基地发展最为迅速，但在发展中受到了冷链物流相关设施配套不完善的制约。冷链物流设施的欠缺，对于农业产业化建设以及增加农民收入带来了不利的影响。因此要通过政府的积极引导，大力发展第三方冷链物流企业，推动桐乡市冷链物流的发展。

Abstract

In recent years, food safety accidents were reported frequentl, and became the focus of international scope, but our concerns are mainly in the production, processing and sales process, the security problems of logistics process without enough attention, especially fresh produce this kind of perishable easy lousy products, are more serious problems, mainly in fresh agricultural logistics system infrastructure imperfect, the intermediate link is various, logistics channel complex, logistics nodes messy, operation low efficiency, etc. These led directly to the fresh agricultural logistics process loss serious, safety accidents occur frequently. Food safety and health related to people's life safety and health, especially fresh produce, in its the quality control in the process of production and circulation is particularly important. Tongxiang already has formed certain scale features of agricultural production base, but in developing received cold-chain logistics facilities imperfect constraints. Cold-chain logistics facilities for the lack of industrialization of agriculture, construction and to increase farmers' income brings adverse effects. So by the government actively guide, to develop the third party cold-chain logistics enterprises, promote the development of tongxiang cold-chain logistics.
