【摘要】Effect of time of traditional nitrates dosage forms are short.They are easy to produce drug resistance,or the onset is slow,so they cannot play a protective role in the early morning of the peak time of angina pectoris.Isosorbide mononitrate 30%quick release 70% sustained release dosage forms(IR,SR) overcomes these weaknesses.It has unique pharmacokinetic characteristics,and it can significantly improve the life quality of the patients.Therefore,the research on drug sustained release tablets of isosorbide mononitrate is scientific,and is also in line with the trend of the market.Quick release components and sustained release composition are very much in line with the circadian rhythm of angina occurred.It is more effective in the prevention of angina and other cardiovascular events.Quality of life parameters of the patients is greatly improved,especially the activity ability,psychological discomfort,life satisfaction index.%传统剂型的硝酸酯类药物作用时间短，易产生耐药性或起效慢，不能在清晨心绞痛高发时起保护作用。单硝酸异山梨酯30%速释70%缓释剂型(IR-SR)克服了上述弱点，有其独特的药代动力学特点，可明显改善患者的生活质量。因此，研究单硝酸异山梨酯择时给药缓释片是科学的，符合市场趋势的。制剂中的速释成分和缓释成分更是符合心绞痛发
