青浦区全科医师工作量及工作满意度调查

摘 要 目的:通過问卷形式对全科医师提供的服务项目、周工作时间及工作满意度进行调查分析,探讨影响全科医师工作效率及满意度的因素。方法:于2017年10月30日至2018年7月31日对上海市青浦区10家社区卫生服务中心的全部183名全科医师进行问卷调查。发放问卷183份,回收有效问卷145份,问卷有效回收率79.2%。结果:参与全科门诊医疗服务的全科医师人数最多,为115名(79.3%);参与计划免疫服务的全科医师人数最少,仅为6名(4.1%)。全科医师对年收入的满意度最低,仅为15.2%,年龄、学历、职称及工作年限对全科医师的满意度影响差异有统计学意义(P0.05),年龄、职称与工作年限对全科医师承担工作项目的数量影响差异有统计学意义(P 关键词 全科医师;工作量;工作满意度

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the factors affecting the work efficiency and satisfaction of general practitioners through the questionnaire form to investigate and analyze the service items, weekly working hours and job satisfaction provided by general practitioners. Methods: From October 30, 2017 to July 31, 2018, a questionnaire survey was conducted among all 183 general practitioners in 10 community health service centers in Qingpu District, Shanghai. One hundred and eighty-three questionnaires were issued, one hundred and forty-five valid questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 79.2%. Results: The largest number of general practitioners in general outpatient medical service was 115 (79.3%); the lowest number of general practitioners in the EPI service was 6(4.1%). General practitioners had the lowest satisfaction with their annual income, only 15.2%, and age, education, professional title and working years had a statistically significant influence on general practitioners’satisfaction
