【摘要】Objective To conduct a clinical observation on fiber bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) in adjuvant treatment of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods Ninety patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into group A (n=46) and group B (n=42).Group B applied conventional treatment,group A was given BAL operation for 3～5 times based on the treatment of group B.Three days later,the blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and arterial blood gas indicators were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared 10 days later.Results ① Three days after treatment,the improvement of SpO2,PaO2,PaCO2 in group A were significantly better than those in group B (P＜0.05).② Ten days after treatment,the markedly effective rate (52.1％) and total effective rate (93.8％) in group A were both superior to those in group B (34.1％,81.0％),with statistically significant difference in the former (P＜0.05).③ Two patients (4.8％) died in group B,while no patient died in group A.Conclusion In the treatment of severe pneumonia,general therapy combined with BAL operation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the mortality.%目的 观察纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗术辅助治疗重症肺炎的临床效
