【摘要】随着社会经济的不断发展，建筑企业项目成本管理是企业发展的重要保证。简要分析了成本竞争意识中存在的问题、成本管理方法中存在的问题、成本管理机构中存在的问题和成本核算体制中存在的问题，以期为今后相关工作的进行奠定良好的基础，带动建筑企业健康发展。%With the development of society and economy, the construction enterprise project cost management is an important guarantee for the development of enterprises.
