摘 要
随着生产生活的需要，自动化控制越来越起到至关重要的作用。温度控制是工业生产过程中很普遍的过程控制，人们需要对各种加热炉，热处理炉，反应炉等锅炉中温度进行测量与控制。特别是冶金，化工、建材、食品、机械、石油等工业中，具有举足轻重的作用，其温度的控制效果直接影响着产品的质量，因而设计一种较为理想的温度控制系统是非常有价值的，工业生产中温度控制具有单向性、时滞性、大惯性和时变性的特征，同时要实现温度控制的快速性和准确性，对于提高产品质量具有很重要的意义。
本文介绍了数字温度测量及自动控制系统的设计。本文采用单片机来实现对温度的控制。它的主要组成部分有：STC89C52单片机、温度传感器、键盘与显示电路、温度控制电路。它可以实时的显示和设定温度，实现对温度的自动控制。通过实验表明，本设计对温度的控制具有简单方便的特点，并且大幅度提高了被控制温度的技术指标。

ABSTRACT
With production and living need, that automatic control is playing
more and more important role.Temperature-control is very common process-control during the manufacture producing.People need like heating-stove. heat-treating furnaces reaction furnace. These all kinds of boilers.Especially in metallurgy chemical industry construction materials foods mechanical oil these industry .It is crucial effective on it. The temperature-control effect straightly impact on the quality of production. So designing a kind of effective temperature-control system is very valuable.During producing ,temperature-control is provided with single direction ,time lag, habituation alterant with time .simultaneously implement temperature-control fastly and precisely.that is crucial meaningful for enhancing quality of production.
In this text, it introduce how design the digital temperature -measure and automatic system.
This essay use single-chip to control the temperature.It chief component by: STC89c52 single-chip temperature transducer keyboard display circuit and temperature-control circuit .
It can display and set temperature in the currently time.It controls temperature automaticly.This design control temperature easily and conveniently. It improve the technology standard of temperature-control.
