伊立替康联合替吉奥二线治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

【摘要】目的：观察伊立替康联合替吉奥二线治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法：53例晚期胃癌给予伊立替康180mg/ m2，静脉滴注，d1；替吉奥60mg/ m2，口服，分2次/ d，第 d1~14，21d 为1个周期。至少治疗2个周期。结果：50例可评价疗效，其中 CR 4例，PR 17例，SD 15例，PD 14例，总有效率为42%，疾病控制率72%。常见毒副反应为中性粒细胞减少、迟发性腹泻、恶心、呕吐等，多为Ⅰ-Ⅱ度。结论：伊立替康联合替吉奥二线治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好，毒副反应可耐受。%Objectlve:To observe the efficacy and toxicities of irinotecan combined with TS - 1 in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer as second - line regimen. Methods:All 53 cases with advanced gastric cancer received chem-otherapy. The remigen:Irinotecan 180mg/ m2 ,intravenous drip,d1;TS - 1 60mg/ m2 take orally,twice daily,d1 ~ 14 . 21 days was 1 cycle,two cycles were given at least. Results:In 50 evaluable cases,CR were observed in 4 cases,PR 17 cases,SD 15 cases,PD 14 cases,the overall response rate was 42% ,the disease control rate was 72% . The main tox-icities were neutropenia,delayed diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,most of them were degree Ⅰ - Ⅱ. Conclusion:Irinote-can combined with TS - 1 as second - line regimen is efficacious,and the toxicities are tolerated for
