异构无线网络中移动终端接入智能切换的研究

【摘要】为提升移动终端的传输性能,使终端有效利用环境中现有网络资源,设计了一种终端接入方式反馈控制机制。该机制应用下一代4G网络中的ANDSF网元与终端进行策略通信,ANDSF对终端用户无线侧信息采集,当无线环境发生变化,必要时向终端发送策略信息,终端通过解析策略来选择网络接入方式。为验证机制的可行性,搭建了由ANDSF与移动终端构成的演示系统。演示结果表明,提出的机制使终端有效的选择了最优的网络,获得了良好的服务质量。%In order to promote the transmission performance of mobile terminals and implement effective uti-lization of network resources, an access network selection mechanism with feedback control for mobile ter-minals is designed. The mechanism uses ANDSF network element in the 4G network to implement strategy communication with the terminal. ANDSF gathers the wireless environment information of the terminal, and when the terminal enters a new wireless environment, ANDSF would deliver a necessary strategy file to this terminal. The terminal selects the proper wireless network by parsing the strategy. To verify the feasibility of this mechanism, a demonstration system composed of ANDSF and mobile terminal is developed.
