【摘要】In the course of construction, building materials and construction costs increase, resulting in increased overall project budget, how to do building construction cost control has become an important part of the current construction financial management. From the definition of building construction cost control, combined with the status quo of China’s building construction cost control, discusses the necessity and cost of building construction control points.%在建筑施工过程中，建材和建筑费用的提高，导致整体工程预算的增加，如何做好建筑施工成本控制成为当前建筑财务管理工作的重要内容。从建筑施工成本控制的定义出发，结合我国建筑施工成本控制的现状，论述建筑施工成本控制的必要性和要点。
