多元化经营的利弊分析
摘 要：战略决定命运,企业之间的竞争归根到底是战略优劣的竞争。管理大师德鲁克曾言:“对企业而言,未来至关重要,经营战略使企业为明天而战”。企业经营战略是对企业长远发展的全局性谋划,直接关系企业的生存与发展。而多元化战略则是指企业同时经营两种以上基本经济用途下同的产品（服务）的发展战略，是一种全局性、长远性的战略。文章通过对多元化经营对企业的影响、多元化经营的利弊以及多元化经营战略选择的分析，从我国实际情况出发，对企业如何根据内外部环境正确选择经营战略进行了一个初步的探讨。
