基于S7-200步进电机控制器

摘 要

步进电动机是一种将电脉冲信号转换成相应线位移或角位移的电动机。在工业自动化的今天,PLC技术已经充分应用到工业生产当中,大大提高生产效率。PLC控制步进电机也已经在许多工业控制中应用广泛,本文介绍了PLC编程控制步进电动机来完成运行,主要通过PLC发送脉冲和方向信号给步进电机的驱动器,由驱动器来控制步进电机工作的原理。利用S7-200额定电流可调的等角度恒力矩细分实现步进电机控制器,改善了步进电机在低速运行时的振动、噪声大,且输出转矩随着步进电机的转速升高而下降等缺点,显著地提高了步进电机的性能,使步进电机运动平稳,速度快,噪音低,控制精高。本设计采用PLC和大功率晶体管实现步进电机的驱动和控制,结构简单,可靠性高,成本低,实用性强,具有较高的通用性和应用推广价值。

industrial production, greatly improve the production efficiency. PLC stepper motor control has also been widely used in many industrial control, this paper introduces the PLC programming control of stepper motor to complete the operation, mainly through the PLC send a signal of pulse
