中老年高峰充盈率参考值的地理环境分布

【摘要】目的：探讨健康中老年高峰充盈率（ PFR）参考值与地理因素的关系。方法收集全国22个省、市、自治区32个城市66个单位测定的2770例健康中老年PFR参考值，应用SPSS19．0软件，综合运用相关分析的方法，研究其与9项地理指标的关系，再进行多元线性回归及因子分析模拟出最优预测模型，最终绘制健康中老年的PFR空间分布图。结果发现健康中老年PFR参考值与地理指标间有显著的相关关系。通过对比分析多元线性回归及因子预测模型，得出健康中老年PFR参考值的预测模型为线性回归预测模型。结论通过中国某地的地理环境指标值，运用该模型就可以计算出该地健康中老年PFR预测参考值，也可以从地理分布图中得到我国某地健康中老年PFR参考值。%Objective To reveal the geographical distribution of reference value of peak filling rate ( PFR) of healthy middle-aged and the old in China .Methods The reference values of PFR of 2 770 healthy middle-aged and the old were collected from 66 units in 32 cit-ies of 22 provinces in China .And the correlation analysis was used to find the correlation between nine geographical factors and the PFR refer -ence value of healthy middle-aged and the old.Then,multiple linear regression and factors analysis were used to simulate the optimal predic-tion models.Results There was significant relationship between
