【摘要】SAPHO syndrome is a kind of rare chronic aseptic inflammation characterized by synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis. It has genetic predisposition and is associated with hypotoxic microorganism
infection.
Non-steroidal
antiinflammatory
drugs
(NSAIDs), antibiotics and disease modifying antirhcumatic drugs (DMARDs) have unsatisfactory therapeutic effect on this disease. In recent years, bisphosphonates and anti-tumor necrosis factor a biologic agents have been applied to the treatment of this disease and shown promising efficacy.%SAPHO综合征是一种少见的慢性无菌性炎症性疾病,主要表现为滑膜炎、痤疮、脓疱病、骨肥厚和骨炎.本病具有遗传易感性,并可能与痤疮丙酸杆菌等某些低毒性微生物感染有关.非甾体类抗炎药、抗生素和改善疾病症状的抗风湿药物等传统药物疗效欠佳.近年来用二磷酸盐类钙代谢调节剂和抗肿瘤坏死了因子-α生物制剂治疗某些患者取得较满意疗效. 【总页数】3页(376-378)
