探讨建立突发情况下的供血保障机制

【摘要】为确保医疗临床用血的供给，科学应对突发公共卫生事件、血液偏型、持续高温酷暑、长期雨雪天气的不利影响给采供血工作造成的困难，我站探索建立了紧急采供血预案，明确了工作职责与任务，详细制定了保障性措施与办法，为保证以上特殊情况下的血液供应，发挥了重要作用。现与同行分享与探讨。%In order to ensure the supply of medical and clinical use, scientific response to public health emergencies, blood type, the negative impact of the continuous high temperature heat, rain and snow for a long time to cause CaiGongXie work of dif iculties, I explore to establish the emergency CaiGongXie plan, clear the responsibilities and tasks, protection measures and measures in detail, in order to guarantee the blood supply of the above special circumstances, has played an important role.
