广州城区汉族成年人代谢综合征与慢性肾脏病相关性研究

【摘要】Objectives To investigate the correlation of metabolic syndrome (MS) with chronic kidney diseases(CKD) among the adults of Han nationality in GuangZhou city.Methods The study investigated 4645 adults residents of Guangzhou city,a survey of cross - sectional personal questionnaire was conducted to collect data.Results The prevalence rate of CKD was 10.2％.Both the prevalence of albuminuria and reduced GFR were higher in the subjects with metabolic syndrome than those without.Conclusions The metabolic syndrome was risk factor of CKD.%目的 通过对广州城区汉族成年人慢性肾脏病(CKD)的流行病学调查研究,探讨成年人代谢综合征(MS)与CKD的相关性.方法 通过横断面研究,进行问卷调查、体格检查和肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标检测,收集广州城区汉族成年人慢性肾脏病的流行病学资料,进行统计学分析和比较.结果 共调查4645例,其中男性2420例,女性2225例,CKD的患病率为10.2％,与非代谢综合征组比较,代谢综合征组白蛋白尿、eGFR下降的患病率明显高于非代谢综合征组.结论 代谢综合征是慢性肾脏病的危险因子. 【总页数】4页(156-159)
