新型10千伏带电作业绝缘平台的研制
摘 要:开展带电作业是减少停电,提高供电可靠性的必要手段,而部分作业现场由于受到地理环境等诸多因素的制约,致使大量业扩接火工程及带电检修工作难以开展,因此我们需要研制新型10千伏带电作业绝缘平台。该绝缘平台研制成功后,极大地提高了现场带电作业率,在带电作业的历程上起到了很大的推进作用。

Abstract: To carry out live working is a necessary means for reducing power outages and improving the reliability of power supply , however , part of the job site due to the geographical environment , and mang other factors , resulting in a large number of business expansion energized project and charged overhaul work difficulty to carry out , so we need to develop a new 10 kV insulating platform for live working 。After the successful development of the insulating platform , we greatly improve the rate of live working , which also plays a significant role in the promotion in the course of live working。

目前,10千伏配电线路带电作业主要采用中间电位和地电位这两种作业方式。其中地电位作业时,人员使用绝缘工具代替双手工作,难以完成远距离、复杂、细致的带电作业工作,例如并沟线夹的紧固,因此仅使用地电位作业无法完成正式的带电作业,必须要有中间电位作业的加入。而对于中间电位带电作业来说,绝缘斗臂车是必不可少的工具。由于受到地理环境等诸多因素的制约,在某些场所,其并不能发挥本身应有的作用。因此,研制新型10千伏带电作业绝缘平台势在必行。本文首先分析了带点作业中绝缘斗臂车、现有带电作业平台的局限性,进而指出研制新型作业平台的必要性,并详细介绍了10kV带电作业绝缘
