Keeping a good mood is very important for us. In our life, many things can affect our moods, such as noise, failed to exam, bad weather and so on. They can make us upset and unhappy. In order to keep a good mood, what should we do? First, we should learn to get on well with our classmates.

Second, we can listen to music or do sports, share our life with others.

Third, remember to have a good sleep, don’t fall ill, try your best to forget some unhappy things and take care of ourselves.

Mother's love

Mother's love is the greatest in the world. One evening, it was raining hard and it was very dark outside. Suddenly I got a bad headache. My mother felt my head and found that I had a high fever. She was so worried that she took me to the nearby hospital at once.

At that time, it was about midnight and it was raining even harder. I looked down at my mother and found that she was walking hard in the heavy rain. I couldn’t help stopping my tears. When we got to the hospital, my mother found I could hardly stand, she was so worried. The doctor checked me over and let me take some medicine.

On the way home, I felt a little better. So I told my mother that I could walk by myself. But mother took me in the back without a word. When we got home, my mother fell down on the floor. She was too tired! The next day I felt much better, but my mother was ill.

What a great mother! How great mother's love is !

Healthy Eating Habits

Healthy eating is very important for us. What and how should we eat to be healthy?

First, we need to have enough food, never too much or too little. The food must be clean and we should cook it in a right way.

Second, it’s very important for us to have different kinds of food. Such as meat, fruit and vegetables, they make us strong and keep us healthy.

Third, we should eat regularly. It’s good for our healthy.

In short, we should not only eat enough food, healthy food but also eat regularly.

How to protect us from traffic accidents.

Every year many people get hurt or lose their lives in traffic accidents. How can we protect ourselves from all kinds of traffic accidents?

First, we must learn more about traffic rules and obey them. We can cross the street only when we see the green “walk” sign.

Second, we should be careful and never play on the street.

Third, in case of an accident, we should know how to give first aid. In a word, the best way to be safe is to be careful.

Travel Travel is a very good activity. When you are tired of working or studying, or when you have time, you can go to a beautiful place to enjoy the beauty of nature. You can breathe fresh air, make some new friends, relax yourself and so on.

But sometimes it may cause trouble. The weather often changes. You may get wet in the rain and may have a cold. You should prepare yourself carefully before your trip. You should know something about the weather. You’d better find a companion so that you can help each other to avoid accidents. In this way, you’ll have a wonderful trip.

A Plan for a Trip

Tomorrow morning, I’d like to go to the countryside for a trip because the environment there is quite good. The air there is fresh, and I can enjoy a quiet life. The food and vegetables are good, too. I’m going to stay in the countryside for a week. I plan to go there by bike. In this way, I can take exercise as well. When I go there, I’ll take some school things, like books, pens pencils and so on. I decide to give them to the poor students in the countryside. And I’ll try my best to help them with their study.
