一、前言
随着中国私人消费的兴起,轿车需求量开始迅速攀升,已成为推动中国汽车进
展的一股重要力量, 中国汽车产业作为世界汽车产业重要的组成部分,以后十年是中国汽车产业的黄金期,汽车产业差不多完成了从小到大的过程,正在逐步实现由弱到强的庞大跨过,全球汽车工业将向中国和一些新兴经济体进一步转移,这对中国汽车工业来说,仍是专门难得的历史机遇。目前,中国汽车市场不仅进展快,而且汽车消费需求变化也快,中国汽车产业将迎来下一个黄金十年,自主品牌将完成从〝中国制造〞到〝中国制造〞的进展过程。作为河南省最大的小型汽车生产企业的郑州日产,在面对市场进展潜力和猛烈的竞争态势中,如何抓住机遇,应对挑战?如何解决企业自身在迅速进展过程中显现的问题?西安交通大学治理学院3092班第二小组在研究市场、企业状况、全面参与郑州日产职员中意度调查的基础上,结合自身的在企业治理中的相关体会及查阅相关治理案例、理论,对郑州日产进行了全面诊断,并围绕如何提高职员中意度、提高企业核心竞争力方面提出了相关的建设进展方案,以为企业的顺利进展和对外扩张提供差不多的工具和保证。
二、项目背景
郑州日产汽车成立于1993年3月,是中日合资整车制造企业,2004年10月,重组进入东风体系。目前拥有职员4000余人。企业定位为东风、日产双品牌LCV产品的要紧进展基地,长期致力于轻型商用车的专业化和细分市场的高端化。按照双品牌进展战略,郑州日产目前共有NISSAN、东风两个品牌、五大序列、八大车型,其中NISSAN品牌包括D22皮卡、帕拉丁SUV、凯普斯达高端轻卡及CDV车型NV200,东风品牌包括锐骐皮卡及其多功能车、奥丁SUV、御轩MPV、帅客都市多功能商用车。2020年以来,产销量一直徘徊在11万台左右。
