血清肿瘤标记物检测对肺癌的诊断价值

【摘要】Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum tumor markers carcino - embryonic antigen (CEA) , carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA -125) , neuron -specific enolase (NSE) , cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21 - 1) in lung cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA, CA125, NSE and CYFRA21 -1 in 93 patients with lung cancer, 56 patients with benign lung

and

healthy

controls

were

detected

by

electrochemiluminescence immunoassay . Results The serum levels of CEA , CA -125, NSE, CYFRA21 - lin lung cancer patients were statistically significantly higher than the patients with benign lung disease and healthy controls (P <0.01). The positive rate were: CEA 75. 7% in adenocarcinoma, CYFRA21 -1 78% in squamous cell carcinoma and NSE 80% in small cell lung cancer , respectively. The positive rate of CA -125 in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma was 70. 3% and 51. 2% respectively and had no statistically significance. The combination detection rate of the four tumor markers was 92. 5% in lung cancer and the serum levels of the four markers decreased significantly in the effective treatment of patients with lung cancer , while the levels of markers increased in the insensitive patients after treatment .
