【摘要】Mitochondrial singlet oxygen is a potential signal molecule to regulate mitochondrial biogenesis[1]. However, itis hard to distinguish mitochondrial ROS from cytoplasmic ROS in vitro. To overcome this issue, we recently developed a specific mitochondrial singlet oxygen inducer-Mitochondros. The toxicity of Mitochondros has beenverified in vitro. However, the in vivo toxicity of mitochondroshas not been investigated. Here we employedthe zebrafish embryo to study the toxicity of mitochondrosin vivo. 【总页数】1页(P.157-157)
