SiO2的表面有机化及其在聚合物中的应用

摘 要: 本文主要简要介绍纳米级二氧化硅(SiO2)粒子结构特性与运用,以及纳米SiO2表面有机化处理的机理和主要方法。同时以聚丙烯(PP)材料为例作为实验讨论的聚合物基材,表面有机化用硅烷偶联剂为例对纳米二氧化硅进行处理来进行相关实验操作,通过熔融共混方法挤出制造聚丙烯基纳米SiO2改性粒料。然后用对照方法对纯聚丙烯与含量不同纳米SiO2表面有机化改性过的聚丙烯材料的相关性能(如拉伸、冲击、弯曲强度等)进行比较,讨论研究纳米SiO2表面有机化处理后改性聚合物材料对其相关性能的影响,然后分析纳米SiO2/聚合物复合材料中的运用,通过这些来最后展望其在未来各个材料领域的发展前景。

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we briefly introduce nanoscale silica (SiO2) particles structure features and application, and the mechanism of nanometer organic silica surface treatment and the main method. Polypropylene (PP) material, for example at the same time as the experiment discussed polymer base material, the surface organic paraphrase silane coupling agent as an example to deal with nanometer silicon dioxide to carry out related experimental operation, by the method of melt blending extrusion

manufacturing polypropylene nano-composite silica modified aggregate. Then use contrast method for pure polypropylene with nano-silica surface organic modification of polypropylene material performance (tensile, impact and melt index, etc.) are compared, discussed the nanometer organic silica surface modification of polymer material impact on its performance, and nanometer silicon dioxide and the reaction mechanism of organic polymer and its use in polymer matrix composites, finally forecasts the prospects of the development of various fields in the future.
