【摘要】to study the klebsiella ASP-15 bacteriostatic activity of antimicrobial proteins and biological stability. Method:ammonium sulfate fractional precipitation for 20 ~40 saturation antibacterial crude protein. Using mycelium growth rate method to detect the bacteriostatic activity of 7 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi,Oxford cup method is used to determine the biological stability. Result:the antibacterial protein crude extracts of 7 kinds of plant pathogenic fungal mycelia showed inhibitory effect of different intensity,the inhibitory effect of fusarium oxysporum the weakest,the other 6 kinds of pathogenic

bacteria

strong

antibacterial

ability,inhibition rate of over 80 %. Antimicrobial proteins within pH4. 0 -10. 0 bacteriostatic activity is stable,activity could remain above 90 %,is not sensitive to UV irradiation. Conclusion:the antibacterial protein with strong acid and alkali,UV and the stability of enzyme and the broad spectrum of antibacterial activity.%为了研究克雷伯氏菌ASP-15抗菌蛋白的抑菌活性及生物稳定性。采用硫酸铵分级沉淀方法获得20~40饱和度的抗菌粗蛋白。采用菌丝生长速率法检测其对7种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性,采用牛津杯法测定其生物稳定性。结果表明,抗菌蛋白粗提物对7种植物病原真菌
