2010年至2012年医院口服非甾体抗炎药用药及处方分析

【摘要】目的：评价医院口服非甾体抗炎药的使用情况，促进临床合理用药。方法回顾性调查2010年至2012年医院门、急诊含口服非甾体抗炎药的处方，分析用药特点及趋势；随机抽取某月的门、急诊处方，分析非甾体抗炎药的使用情况及用药的合理性。结果该院口服非甾体抗炎药年用药金额呈逐年上升趋势，而其占医院用药总金额的比率基本持平；用药人群主要为中老年患者。结论该院口服非甾体抗炎药使用情况基本合理，但仍需加强临床合理用药。%Objective To evaluate the use situation of oral non - steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for promoting rational drug use in clinic. Methods The prescriptions of oral NSAIDs during the period 2010 - 2012 in the outpatient and emergency depart-ments of our hospital were retrospectively investigated and analyzed on the tendency and characteristics of the NSAIDs use;the prescrip-tions of NSAIDs in the outpatient and emergency departments in a month were randomly extracted for analyzing the use status and ra-tionality of NSAIDs. Results The consumption sum of oral NSAIDs in this hospital was increased year by year;and the proportion of oral NSAIDS to the annual total medication sum basically held the same level;the medication crowds were mainly middle and old age patients.
