Q235 B 1 .50 mm ×1010 mm 热轧钢带生产实践

【摘要】迁安轧一钢铁公司利用现有生产设备与工艺,在严格执行国家标准GB/T700-2006前提下,适度减小了Q235B钢中C、Si、Mn含量,合理降低在热加工过程中的轧制抗力,适应1250轧机对该产品的轧制生产. 通过调整钢坯的加热温度和驻炉时间、选择合适的中间坯厚度、精轧机组变形量分配以及特别的冷却模式等措施,试生产1.50 mm ×1 010 mm热轧钢带的性能达到了国家标准要求.%In production of Q235B 1.50 mm ×1 010 mm hot rolling strip steel, with our present owned e-quipments and process, under the condition of strictly carrying out national standard GB/T700-2006, the contents of C, Si and Mn in Q235B are properly cecreased to reduce reasonably the rolling resistance in hot working, and so guaranteed the production of this steel in 1 250 mill.With measures:adjusting heating tem-perature and in-furnace time of slab, selecting appropriate intermediate slab blank thickness, deformation a-mount distribution for finishing rolling set and special cooling model, the properties of 1.50 mm ×1 010 mm hot rolling strip steel meet the national standard. 【总页数】3页(42-43,56)
