探讨舒适护理在老年食管癌患者术后的应用

【摘要】目的探讨舒适护理在老年食管癌患者术后的应用效果。方法本次调查对象为我院收治的老年食管癌60例。随机分为观察组及对照组，每组各为30例。对照组患者术后实施常规护理；观察组患者术后实施舒适护理，分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率为6.7%（2/30），对照组患者术后并发症发生率为13.3%（4/30），组间比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，观察组患者护理满意率为96.7%（29/30）；对照组患者护理满意率为86.7%（26/30），组间比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年食管癌患者实施舒适护理可获得较好的应用效果，积极改善患者预后。%Objective To investigate the effect of the application of comfortable nursing in elderly patients with esophageal cancer after surgery.MethodsThe survey object for the elderly in our hospital 60 cases of esophageal cancer.
