摘要：随着人们生活水平的提高，网络技术(Internat和Intranet)的发展和应用，越来越多的学生开始接触网络、学习网络、使用网络，从而学生的学习空间逐步由课堂向网络延伸。学习空间的延伸，有益于培养学生开阔的视野、纵横综合的思维和恢宏博大的胸襟。互联网络是一个新生事物，在学生涉足网络学习的初级阶段，有目的、有计划地引导学生掌握策略、掌握技能，既顺应了信息时代和知识经济社会的发展趋势，又为教师整体素质的构建提供了实践机会。本文主要从网络学习策略的研究意义、培养学生网络学习策略的主要容、网络学习策略的培养途径这三个方面对如何培养学生的网络学习策略进行论述。

Abstract：With the improvement of living standards, network technology (Internet and Intranet) for application
development and an increasing number of students began to contact networks, learning networks, use network, thereby learning space gradually extends from classroom to the network. Learning space, which is good for students to broaden their horizons, and horizontal and integrated thinking and high-leveled of mind. The Internet is a new thing, the students involved in the initial stages of Web-based learning, with a purpose, well-planned to guide the students to master the strategies, skills, and conforms to the information age and the knowledge economy and social development trend, as the overall quality of the construction of teachers provides practice opportunities. This article from e-learning strategy, learning strategies for developing the network of main content, e-learning strategy of cultivating these three aspects on how to develop Web-based learning strategies are discussed.
