【摘要】the impaired glucose regulation is the abnormal state between normal glucose metabolism and diabetes, is the early stage of type 2 diabetes. if do not intervene, almost inevitably become diabetic, and it is also the risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. the constitution factors is closely related with the impaired glucose regulation , according to the principles of traditional chinese medicine because of the person, to grasp the rule of the physical differences, adjust physique biased, diagnosis and treatment, So that the body restore the state of \has great significance to reduce the incidence of diabetes.%糖调节异常是一种处于葡萄糖代谢正常与糖尿病之间的异常状态，是2型糖尿病的前期阶段。如果不进行干预，几乎不可避免的会变成糖尿病，也是心脑血管疾病发生的高危因素。体质因素与糖调节异常的发生密切相关，根据中医因人制宜的原则，把握体质差异规律，调整体质偏颇，辨证论治，使机体恢复“阳平阴秘，精神乃治”的状态，对降低糖尿病的发病率具有很大意义。 【总页数】3页(191-192,189)
