前言

生涯发展要有计划、有目的,不可盲目地“撞大运”,很多时候我们的职业生涯受挫就是由于生涯规划没有做好。好的计划是成功的开始,古语讲,\凡事预则立,不预则废\就是这个道理。

一份行之有效的职业生涯规划将会发掘自我潜能,增强个人实力提升应对竞争的能力。引导我们正确认识自身的个性特质、现有与潜在的资源优势,帮助我们重新对自己的价值进行定位并使其持续增值;引导我们对自己的综合优势与劣势进行对比分析;使我们树立明确的职业发展目标与职业理想;引导我们评估个人目标与现实之间的差距;引导我们前瞻与实际相结合的职业定位,搜索或发现新的或有潜力的职业机会; 使我们学会如何运用科学的方法采取可行的步骤与措施,不断增强我们的职业竞争力,实现自己的职业目标与理想。

1.1职业价值观

通过职业价值观测评,我其中得分最高的前三项如下图所示,本人是自由型为主的职业价值观,兼有支配取向和技术取向。
