【摘要】Objective: to study the treatment of calcaneal intra-articular fracture by internal fixation with Open reduction and internal fixation with plates. Methods: from Jan. 2009 to Aug. 2011, 32 cases (38 feet) of intra-articular calcaneal freacture were collected, and all the cases were performed with the treatment of the open reduction in L type incision and internal fixation with anatomical plate in lateral calcaneal. Results: 21 cases were excellent, 13 cases were good, 4 cases were normal. The good rate was 89.47%. Conclusion: the internal fixation with Open reduction and internal fixation with plates was an effective way to treat calcaneal intraarticular fracture.%目的探讨切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年8月治疗的32例38足跟骨骨折患者，均行跟骨外侧“L”型切口切开复位、解剖型钢板内固定治疗。结果 所有患者术后随访6～24个月，按照Mary land 评分系统评测足部功能，其中21足为优，13足为良，4足为可，优良率达89.47%。其中2足切口渗出，经换药后自愈，1足腓肠神经损伤。结论 切开复位钢板内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折有效的方法。 【总页数】2页(112-113)
