人参皂苷对人肺腺癌细胞转化生长因子β1表达的影响

【摘要】Objective To investigate the role of ginsenoside Rg3 inducing apotosis in lung A549 cell line and the expression of transformin growth factor( TGF)-β1 levels. Methods Rg3-induced group and the control group were included in this study. 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) was used to determine the effect of Rg3 on apoptosis. The expression of TGF-β1 was analyzed by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA). Results MTT assay showed that compared with the control group the apoptosis of Rg3-treated cells dramatically increased. Compared to the control group, the expression of TGF-β1 in the Rg3-treated decreased obviously. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 has a high inhibition in the expression of TGF-β1 in A549 cell line and can induce the apotosis.%目的 探讨人参皂苷对人肺腺癌A549细胞及其对转化生长因子β1( TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法 将人肺腺癌标准细胞株A549培养后完全随机分为人参皂苷组、对照组,采用四氮唑蓝法检测各组细胞增殖率;用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组细胞TGF-β1的表达水平,并分析TGF-β1的表达与A549细胞凋亡的相关性。结果 当人参皂苷浓度为0.1、1、10、100μmol/L时,A549细胞内TGF-β1表达水平逐渐降低,其吸光度(A)值分别为2.712±0.285、1.436±0.285、0.543±0.280、
