胶体金试纸条法和ELISA法在乙肝表面抗原检测中的效果

【摘要】目的：系统评价ELISA法和胶体金试纸条法在乙肝表面抗原检测中的灵敏度和特异性,探讨ELISA法和胶体金试纸条法在乙肝表面抗原检测中的应用价值。方法随机选取我院检验科在2012年5月~2013年2月收集的普通门诊或住院病例,以及体检数据,共计500例血样标准。标本收集后分别采取酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),以及胶体金试纸条法(GICA),对两者的检测结果进行比较和统计学分析。结果胶体金试纸条法和酶联免疫吸附法检测乙型病毒性肝炎表面抗原的灵敏度和特异度不全相等,酶联免疫吸附法的灵敏度和特异度高于胶体金法(χ2=6.056,P=0.035；χ2=4.316,P=0.041)。结论 ELISA法检测HBsAg具有灵敏度高,特异性强,重复性好,可以半定量等优点,但ELISA法在操作过程中有许多影响因素。%Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the system ELISA and the method of col oidal gold test strip method in detection of hepatitis B surface antigen, to explore the application value of ELISA and col oidal gold test strip method in detection of hepatitis B surface antigen. Methods Clinical Laboratory of our hospital in 2012 May ~ 2013 February col ection of outpatient or inpatient, and physical data, a total of 500 cases of blood standard. Results Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and the specificity was higher than that of col
oidal gold (χ2=6.056, =0.035;χ2=4.316, =0.041). Conclusion The detection of HBsAg ELISA method has high sensitivity, strong specificity, good reproducibility, can be semi quantitative ELISA method etc., but there are many factors in the process of operation. 【总页数】1页(57-57)
