摘 要:
PURPOSE:To control LD drive currents under the state of littler temperature change by monitoring a pulse current value, changing the pulse current value into a signal corresponding to a peak current value and controlling the current value of an FET by a differential signal obtained by comparing the signal with a desired pulse control signal.
CONSTITUTION:An FET driver circuit has an FETQ, a bipolar transistor Tr and a capacitor C. A current monitoring circuit 2 has a low resistor R1 inserted into a circuit, through which LD drive currents flow, and an amplifier OP1. The amplifier OP1 outputs the mean value of LD drive pulse currents. Tr, R1, OP1, a mean value/mark rate circuit 4 and an amplifier OP2 constitute a negative-feedback control circuit bringing P to Vc.
