【摘要】Objective:To explore the clinical effect of free traction PFNA fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods:46 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.All patients were given PFNA fixation treatment.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:Surgical incision healing was good in all patients.The total excellent and good rate was 93.49%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of free traction PFNA fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly was significant.%目的：探讨自由式牵引股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗老年转子间骨折的效果。方法：收治老年转子间骨折患者46例，所有患者均给予 PFNA 内固定治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：所有患者手术切口愈合良好。治疗总优良率93.49%。结论：PFNA内固定治疗老年转子间骨折患者效果显著。 【总页数】2页(72-72,74)
