【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Shenyan Tablets combined with leflunomide and prednisone in treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods Patients (84 cases) with lupus nephritis in Haikou People’s Hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were divided into control and treatment groups according to different treatments, and each group had 42 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Prednisone Acetate Tablets, 1 mg/(kg·d), the dosage was gradually reduced to 10 mg/d after two months. And they were po administered with Leflunomide Tablets, 20 mg/d. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Shenyan Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for six months. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of Scr, 24 h Upro, RBC,β2-MG, Alb, ESR, and C3 levels , and SLEDAI scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared.
