Using the linear model to solve the practical
problems in logistics
ABSTRACT
The method and model in operational research study has being very mature already. As the logistics has being mature gradually, Our paper discusses the relations between the two disciplines. And research how to make use of the linear programming in operational research model by actual case analysis to solve the practical problems in modern logistics enterprises.

The typical cases of operations research applications are logistics operations or management , It can make a comprehensive reasonable arrangement through mathematical analysis and calculation according to actual requirements And making use of
manpower ,material resources, financial resources and other resources more economic and effective.
Practical application of managerial operational research is a very
meaningful topic in modern logistics enterprises. Operations research as one of the theoretical basis of logistics system, it is aimed to provide techniques and tools to implement logistics system optimization. It is specific methods that the system theory in the applications of logistics. 1. Logistics transportation, storage preservation, packaging, handling and other specific links may be involved in quantitative analysis method of operations research .

Candy is one of the main products of a food company distribution. Below it is equipped with three processing plants, daily production of candy, respectively are: A1-7 t, A2-4 t, A3-9 t. The company put the
candy respectively for four outlets sales area, regional sales of every day respectively are: B1-3 t, B2-6 t, B3-5 t, 6 B3 - t. Known from each plant to each sales salesroom per ton rate as shown in the table, asking how the food companies should be dispatching under the condition of meet the needs of the sales department sales situation, make the total freight costs to a minimum.
