The water filter is used in residential equipment. Its design is simplified and reliable. The water filter comprises centrifugal compressor (3), which is mounted under cover (1) of the vacuum cleaner. A cyclone (15) for final air cleaning is fitted coaxially, under the centrifugal compressor (3), to the inner casing (12). Moveably, to the lower base of cyclone (15), a settler (18) is fitted, and there is a hole (16) between cyclone (15) and settler (18). Part of the settler (18) takes the form of an eccentric reflecting screen (17), mounted horizontally and eccentrically to part of the surrounding wall of casing (14). Mixer (22) enters the casing (14) in the area of the bottom. In the interior of mixer (22) there is an outlet aperture (20), and around its surrounding wall there is a wedge-like aperture for agitating and mixing the fine powder particles.
