【摘要】Objective:Through the establishment of PACS-HIS based multi-level medical imaging teaching and evaluation database to explore how efficient use of PACS-HIS resources to improve clinical teaching and assessment.Methods:Based on the PACS-HIS system,collect clinical and pathological confirmed imaging cases (X-ray,CT,MRI,SPECT,PET / CT,ultrasound),establish the database according to the classification of diseases and randomly select for teaching and assessment.The interns and residents were randomly divided into the experimental group and the traditional multimedia teaching control group.The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire.Results:The sense of learning value,teaching enthusiasm and clear organization,group interaction,breadth of knowledge,teaching management and clinical analysis of assessment score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),the students are fond of this teaching method,and give a high evaluation.Conclusion:The establishment of PACS-HIS based multi-level medical imaging teaching and evaluating database,provide multi-level
