Test And Storage Of Electrical Equipment And Materials: 设备和材料的检验和存放
3.1
All materials received at site shall be handled in accordance with the specification requirement of NH-HDPE+PP-PR-112 PROCEDURE FOR LOADING UNLOADING PUTTING OUT MATERIAL .

现场接收的材料管理应按NH-HDPE+PP-PR-112 材料装卸及发放程序处置。 The equipment and materials delivered to site shall have the factory certificates and necessary manufacturer’s technical documents. They shall be examined to make sure they are as per the purchase order's requirements. Perform visual inspection to defect any defects such as damage, corrosion or deformation.

3.5 Record and check name plate data. Check the components of switchgears and panels and the accessories to ensure they are complete and in compliance with the specifications of the orders.

记录并检查铭牌，检查开关柜元件和附件是否齐全，并应符合定单要求。 The instruments and apparatus of all the panels shall be free from mechanical damage, scratches and other faults.
表盘的仪表、仪器等应无机械损伤，刮痕和其它缺陷。
3.8 The equipment and materials shall be properly stored in dry and clean place to avoid dust, moisture and corrosion.
设备材料应妥善存放在干燥干净的地方，以防灰、防潮、防腐。
4.0 4.1
Installation of Switchgear: 开关柜安装 Switchgear shall be installed on above steel frame. 开关柜应安装在钢架上
4.1.1 The switchgear shall be properly installed and bolted to location in switchgear room in accordance with switchgear installation layout.
按开关柜安装布置图将开关柜安装在开关室内合适的位置，并用螺栓固定。
4.1.2 While installing steel frame foundation, the horizontality, perpendicularity and parallelism between two pieces of shape steel shall be within the scope of the drawing specified.
基础型钢在安装时，其水平度，垂直度和两型钢间的平行度均应在图纸规定范围内。
4.1.3 The steel frame foundation shall be earthed reliably as per the drawing’s requirement. 基础型钢必须按图纸要求可靠接地。
4.2 The installation of switchgear: 开关柜安装
4.2.1 Before the installation of switchgear, check the equipment by opening package against the construction details and progress status with the QC personnel write a record based on the result of inspection.

4.2.2
The switchgear shall be fixed to the steel frame by bolts after its alignment. Check for alignment, levelness and tightness of foundation bolts.
开关柜找正后用螺栓固定在基础型钢上，检查基础螺栓的对中、垂直度、水平度及紧固度。
4.2.3
Switchgear shall be grounded reliably in accordance with construction details. Inspection equipment earthing system and measure the grounding resistance. 开关柜应按施工图要求做好可靠接地，同时检查接地系统和测量接地电阻。
4.2.4
After installation, check the mechanical interlock and electrical interlock to ensure they are exact and check the contacts to see if they are tight.
安装后，检查开关柜的机械联锁、电气联锁是否准确，接触是否紧密。
4.2.5
Check breakers with track and distribution units with drawer to check the alignment of drawout mechanism and see if they are movable free, units of same type can be interchangeable.

Panel body and interior devices shall be connected firmly with all structural members, check the fuses, CT&PT, indicators and relay to ensure they are all in compliance with design requirements.

The Installation Of Electrical Switchs Of High And Low Voltage: 高低压电气开关安装
5.1
If breakers and switchgears are packed in separate cases, check the breakers and controlling mechanism when received to ensure the parts are complete, free from mechanical damage or corrosion, and insulation parts shall not be found deformation or damped.
