我校师生关系现状调查研究

【摘要】通过对河北科技师范学院部分专业师生关系的调研,笔者们倡导学生树立正确师生观,积极配合教师教学,创建师生学习交流兴趣小组,充分利用交流工具;教师预留课上交流时间,走进班级、宿舍,提升教学质量等;学校调整教学规模,完善教师评价机制,创建师生交流平台,积极开展师生交流类活动,开设师生交流教育课程等构建和谐师生关系.%By investigating the situation of the relationship between teachers and students in our school,the authors ad-vocates the students set up correct view of teachers and students,and actively cooperate with teacher's teaching,creating learning communication between teachers and students interest group,make full use of communication tools;Teachers exchange reserve class time,walked into the classroom,dormitory,improve the teaching quality,etc.;School adjust-ment of teaching scale,improve the teachers' evaluation mechanism,create a communication platform between teachers and students,communication between teachers and students class activities actively,communication between teachers and students education courses such as the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. 【总页数】4页(62-64,56)
