独活寄生汤加减治疗风寒痹阻型手关节痛的临床观察

【摘要】目的：探讨独活寄生汤加减治疗风寒痹阻型手关节痛的疗效。方法选取148例风寒痹阻型手关节痛患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组74例，观察组采用独活寄生汤加减治疗，对照组采用西药治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗疗效相仿。观察组手关节疼痛症状改善状况优于对照组，疼痛消失时间短于对照组。结论独活寄生汤加减治疗风寒痹阻型手关节痛，疗效显著，值得临床推广。%Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Duhuojisheng decoction treating cold Bizu type hand joint pain. Methods 148 cases of wind raw Bizu type hand arthralgia patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 74 cases in each group, the observation group with Duhuojisheng decoction, the control group treated by western medicine, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The two groups of curative ef ect in the treatment of similar. The observation group hand joint pain symptoms to improve the situation bet er than the control group, the pain disappeared time was shorter than the control group.
