【摘要】Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A 2 ( LP-PLA2) levels and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (LAA).Methods A total of 60 patients with LAA were enrolled in this study.From December 2015 to December 2016,60 patients with LAA were selected as the subjects .40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group .The LP-PLA2 levels were measured .Simultaneous detection of blood glucose ,blood lipids, homocysteine and other biochemical indicators ,the two groups of subjects were underwent cervical vascular ultrasonography to observe whether the atherosclerotic plaque and plaque properties .Results The level of LP-PLA2 in LAA group was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The level of LP-PLA2 in LAA group increased significantly with the se-verity of neurological deficit (P=0.001).The level of LP-PLA2 increased gradually with the increase of plaque instability in LAA group (P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000).Conclusion Plasma LP-PLA 2 may be a novel risk factor for atherosclerotic cerebral infarction ,which is significantly associated with
