【摘要】Many universities have applied the multimedia-assisted autonomous college English leaming model to meet the need of the new situation.This model has the advantages ofpersonalization and autonomy but it still has some problems in application.The meta-cognitive strategy training can help students cultivate the self-learning ability in multimedia-assisted autonomous English learning.By using the strategies
of
cognition,planning,supervision
and
self-
examination,students can manage themselves and become the master in their English learning.%为了适应新形势下大学英语教学的新要求．各高校都积极采用了基于多媒体环境的大学英语自主学习模式，这种新的模式体现出英语学习的个性化、自主化的优点，但在实践过程中也存在着一定的问题。而元认知策略训练有助于提高学生在多媒体自主学习模式中的自主学习能力。通过应用认知、计划、监控、评估和反思等策略，学习者可以在自主学习过程中进行自我规划、监控和管理，从而真正成为学习的主人。 【总页数】4页(68-71)
