1总则

1.0.1为推进城镇给水水质管理,指导城镇给水水质监测预警,编制本指南。 1.0.2本指南规定了城镇给水监测预警在水源、水厂、管网水质监测预警、数据管理及信息化等方面的技术要求。

1.0.3本指南适用于城镇给水水源、水厂及管网水质监测预警工作中的风险分析、监测指标筛选、监测点位选择、监测预警技术、数据管理及信息化系统建设。 1.0.4城市供水主管部门或供水单位宜建立水质管理信息系统,利用信息化技术手段辅助水质监测预警工作。

1.0.5城镇给水水质监测预警工作除应按本标准执行外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
