急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断与治疗

【摘要】目的：探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断方法及规范化的治疗手段。方法：收治符合ARDS诊断标准的患者85例，观察组给予符合肺保护通气策略的规范化综合治疗，增加个体化改善策略；对照组给予以人工机械通气为主的常规综合治疗。结果：治疗3 d后，观察组SaO2、PaO2、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：急性呼吸窘迫综合征病情危急，及时、正确的诊断，规范、有效治疗是提高救治率、降低病死率的重要保证。%Objective:To explore the diagnosis and standardized treatment methods of acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods:55 cases of patients with ARDS diagnostic criteria were selected.Patients in the observation group were treated with standardized comprehensive treatment which in line with lung protective ventilation strategy,and individual improvement strategy was increased.Patients in the control group were treated with routine comprehensive
