硫化氢对脑缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织BDNF及TrkB表
达的影响

【摘要】Objective:To observe the effects of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and tyrosine kinase B (TrkB) in the focal cerebral isehemia-reperfused rats. Methods:The rats models with right focal middle cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion were established by filament in SD male rats. After 2 h ischemia the rata were fol owed by 72 h reperfusion. H2S donator sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) (10, 50 and 100μmol/kg) was administered by peritoneal injection 15 minutes before reperfusion. The expressions of BDNF and TrkB in cerebral cortex were measured by Real-time PCR and Western blot respectively. Results:Compared with the sham group, the clinical score of neurologic impairment and the expressions of BDNF and TrkB in cerebral cortex were significantly increased in the models of ischemia-reperfusion group (al P﹤0.05). 50 and 100 mol/kg NaHS reversed above-mentioned change (al P﹤0.05). Conclusions:H2S regulates the expressions of BDNF and TrkB in the focal cerebral isehemia-reperfused rats.%目的:观察硫化氢(H2S)对脑缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠缺血皮层脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和酪氨酸激酶B(TrkB)表达的影响。
