【摘要】目的：总结胰腺常见囊性肿瘤的影像表现特征和鉴别诊断经验，进一步提高诊断水平。方法：2012年2月-2013年11月收治胰腺囊性肿瘤患者80例，均经手术病理证实为胰腺囊性肿瘤。本组80例患者接受 CT 检查77例，其中 CT 平扫28例，49例行平扫和增强扫描。行 MR 平扫和磁共振胰胆管造影检查32例。结果：影像学表现：浆液性囊性肿瘤位于体尾部38例，位于头颈部42例。形状：表现多种形态38例，表现杵状指11例，表现光滑6例，表现分叶25例。分房数目：表现多房30例，微囊29例，单房21例。房径大小1.5～3.5cm，平均2.2cm。钙化情况：表现为边缘钙化9例，表现为中心钙化4例，无钙化67例。有壁结节24例，无壁结节56例，中心有瘢痕9例，无瘢痕61例，全程胰管扩张16例，近端胰管扩张7例，无扩张57例。结论：CT和MR可以作为诊断胰腺常见囊性肿瘤的重要依据。%Objective:To summarize the imaging features and differential diagnosis experience of common cystic tumors of the pancreas, further improve the level of diagnosis.Methods:From February 2012 to November 2013 , 80 patients with pancreatic cystic tumor were admitted,who were pancreatic cystic tumor and confirmed by operation and pathology.Among the 80 patients,77 cases received CT examination,28 cases CT scan,49 cases underwent plain scan and enhanced scan.
