三、客人在预约完毕后,要尽量确定拍照日期,如有特殊情况,打电话预约拍照时间。在排拍之前我们

必须好以下准备: 1、在排拍上特注相关系列;

2、确定排拍时间日期,在预约本上留下门市姓名; 3、留下客人详细资料、电话号码以便于联系;

4、预约门市做好登记,每天排拍工作不要不得漏登,一定做到为每队新人竭诚服务。

我们在排拍时要多站在顾客的角度考虑,为顾客紧张的心情做好调整,帮助客人提出一些拍照时的建议。门市在排拍的过程中,不要在一个时间段上安排的太满,尽量控制公司的整个流程。在我们为顾客定时间时,我们说话一定要婉转。比如说:“这是对每队客人的负责,如果没有时间可控制,哪有信誉的保证。”如果每个门市都能做好这点,对后面各个部门的各项工作的开展非常有利。门市在定完拍照时间后,还要靠之信任在拍照前的各项准备工作和注意事项,态度一定要耐心、细致,不要定完单后急于把客人赶走,

一定要做到服务前后一致。 特别值得提配的是:

A.门市在与客人签完单后,不要只顾着欣喜若狂,而要趁热打铁,把排拍时间定下来,以免引起以后工

B.如果门市有指定造型或摄影师。一定要准备的安排在排拍本上,以免造型师或摄影师休假,引起不必

要的客诉。

C.门市一定要把客人安排在自己当班那天,因为后边要有探班的工作。 D.门市在安排客人拍照时,一定要合理得当,以便自己很好的照顾好自己的客人。

E.确定好时间后,一定要告之客人准时到,以免影响拍照流程。

当客人前来拍照时,门市一定要迎上接待客人,并一定要以征询的口吻问:“欢迎光临×××,两位今天拍照吗?”客人答“是”。两位今天精神真饱满,等候已久的今天终于到来了,你们的表演要开始了,拍照过程

中一定要放松哦,我会帮你们特别安排的。

四、客人在没有进店前,接电话也是至关重要的,所以门市一定要做好这一点。

1、接收:“喂,您好!这是×××婚纱影楼,敞姓×,很高兴为你服务。”

1、新人在妆面处理前,我们进行第一次的探班“XXX”(新人的姓名),我特别安排了我们的首席化妆师为你化妆,待会儿在化妆过程中,你有任何问题可以与她沟通,她的服务可好了。门市说完此话时,还应对化妆师说:“XXX化妆师,这是我的朋友,你可造成要照顾哦,我把她就交给你了,等会化完妆时一

定要记得叫我哦,我帮她特别安排摄影师。”然后对新娘说:“我先去工作,等会再来看你。”

市都会等你,再见!”

B.熟悉样片的工作:熟悉样片主要是为了了解顾客的照片有哪几张,适合放大或特色设计,了解之后,

在选样工程共就看样对这几张照片重点推荐,达到与摄影师之间的默契。 (1)、浏览一遍,确定张数,有个大致的印象,熟悉套版好的模式;
